Located in Stratton Forest near Cheyenne mountain, this was the third home renovated for this long standing client. A large renovation on a 5 acre lot in which we worked alongside several other contractors including pool installers, masons, and electricians. After completing dirt work in and around the pool, we created a custom recirculating water feature that flowed into a small stream running in between the pool and outdoor kitchen. We also installed an intricate irrigation system and low voltage LED landscape lighting, along with many walls, stairs, and pathways.
